I need some test results which were taken at the hospital

We do not always have access to results which were ordered by your hospital clinic so please contact them in the first instance. It may well be that these results will be given to you when you attend your next outpatient's appointment unless the hospital doctor has told you otherwise.

Please remember if the Hospital Doctor says he will write to us it usually takes three weeks for the letter to arrive because the Secretary has a lot of letters to type. (Sometimes the Hospital Doctor does not realise how long this takes and tells you to come and see us earlier). If you are coming to see us about a hospital letter it is always best to check it is here before making an appointment. We are introducing a computer system which should improve our ability to track letters.
